In-Store Purchase Return Policy
Merchandise in its original, unused condition, with its original tags attached, may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Refunds must be made to the original method of payment. McPherson Ave. is not responsible for any additional costs associated to the return or exchange of an item.
Online Purchase Return Policy
Merchandise in its original, unused condition, with its original tags attached, may be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase, plus applicable shipment time. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
For payments by credit card: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The cost of any international duties associated to your return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For reasons of hygiene, the following items may not be returned or exchanged: pierced earrings, swimwear, and underwear.
Price Adjustment Policy
McPherson Ave. will not give price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.
